Provides final cleaning to General Contractors and CM firms. Final cleaning becomes the contractors first impression when turning the building over to the Owner, with this in mind, we concentrate on the finished look of surfaces, time schedules for contractors having to complete punch lists and phasing of the final cleaning.
Final Cleaning includes but is not limited to:
- Dusting/wipe or wash of all surfaces
- High dust removal from ceiling pipes, duct work, vents, light fixtures, etc.
- Dust, scrubbing and vacuuming of hard floor surfaces
- Dusting of casework
- Polish stainless steel surfaces
- Strip/wax Vinyl Tile surfaces
- Window and glass cleaning
- Window and glass cleaning including scraping and etching removal
